Join two passionate avocado gurus, Denny and Julie, as they share their knowledge, experience, and enthusiasm for the incredible diversity of avocado varieties. For more than 20 years, they have volunteered alongside UC researchers at the South Coast Research Center in Irvine, helping preserve and expand its remarkable collection of 200+ avocado varieties.
Their passion for gardening extends to their own backyards, which they have transformed into lush, jungle-like gardens filled with fruit trees and plants. Whether you’re an avocado lover, gardener, or simply curious, come discover the fascinating world of avocados with Denny and Julie—you won’t want to miss it!
There will be PLANT AUCTION in this meeting.
