CRFG South Bay

About

CRFG South Bay chapter board members

Our Mission

To promote the cultivation of rare or extraordinary fruit in the South Bay area of Los Angeles. To provide resources like grafting workshops, monthly meetings, and garden tours to help everyone grow successfully.

Our Roots

Our chapter of the California Rare Fruit Growers (CRFG) was established to serve rare/extraordinary fruit enthusiasts in LA's South Bay. As a CRFG chapter we are—despite "California" in our name!—part of a national network of over 20 chapters in several states.

Our chapter hosts monthly meetings featuring educational presentations/workshops, plant auctions, opportunities to taste exotic fruit, and tours of backyard orchards. We welcome everyone from beginners to experienced orchardists who share our love of fruit.
